Award-winning performer
Lead singer of an award-winning Caribbean band since 1999, with recognition including Video of the Year, Female Performer of the Year, Song of the Year and Most Unique Style.

Artist. Coach. Music industry strategist.
I’ve spent more than 25 years building a career in music, not just studying the industry, but living it.
I’ve performed across the U.S. and internationally, built and managed bands, released music, marketed artists, created revenue streams, landed media opportunities and navigated the business side of music firsthand. Along the way, I learned one important thing: talent is only part of the equation.
Incredible artists often have the music. What’s missing is clear guidance on everything around it: branding, marketing, audience growth, opportunities, income and the business decisions that can move a career forward. That’s why I created Amplify Your Voice.

I’ve been the lead singer of an award-winning Caribbean band since 1999 and later became the co-founder, owner and manager of the multi-genre American band Latitude28. Music has taken me across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Holland, Guyana, Suriname, Belize, Costa Rica, Mexico, the Bahamas, Spain and beyond.
Lead singer of an award-winning Caribbean band since 1999, with recognition including Video of the Year, Female Performer of the Year, Song of the Year and Most Unique Style.
Co-founded, owned and managed the multi-genre American band in 2018. In just two years, it went from garage rehearsals to a full-production, internationally touring stage band, building its brand and business without a major-label machine.
The band built its own brand, audience, marketing and relationships, creating opportunities rather than waiting for them to arrive.
Performed across the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Holland, Guyana, Suriname, Belize, Costa Rica, Mexico, the Bahamas, Spain and beyond; appeared on TV, radio and in press; released original music and a first album; and collaborated with established artists.
Studied music business through Berklee and combined that learning with more than 25 years of hands-on music career experience.
Latitude28 appeared on billboards around the country, including Times Square; created the Amazon Prime reality series Making It With Latitude28; produced and executed a U.S. tour during the pandemic; and secured opportunities and roster placements with Disney, Hard Rock and Margaritaville.
Built a recognizable artist brand and audience, released and marketed original music and an album, created multiple income streams, landed media opportunities and built professional relationships and collaborations around the music.
Built with intention
Latitude28 wasn’t backed by a major label or a huge industry machine. We treated the band like a business and built the brand, marketing, audience, relationships, opportunities and revenue around the music. That work taught me how to make a plan, communicate professionally and create opportunities rather than wait for somebody else to open the door.
I also studied music business through Berklee and have training in coaching, psychology and human behavior, with additional education in marketing, branding and artist development. A career plan only helps if it makes sense to the person carrying it out, so I teach both the practical steps and the confidence and clarity to put them into practice.
The lessons behind AYV
Artists have asked how we got opportunities, marketed the band and got people to notice us. Amplify Your Voice is where I can share the strategies we used, what worked, what I would do differently and what I had to learn the hard way.
My job is to help you understand what matters, cut through the noise and build a strategy that makes sense for you, your music and the career you’re trying to create. You bring the talent and vision. I’ll help you understand how to build around it.
I spent 25+ years figuring it out. You don’t have to figure it out alone.

I’m trained in coaching, psychology and human behavior, with additional education in music business, marketing, branding and artist development. Building a music career isn’t only about knowing what to do. It’s also about having the confidence, clarity, mindset and support to actually do it.
I’ve worked alongside artists and industry professionals, from performers and producers to radio personalities, attorneys and executives, and I’ve seen just how confusing this business can feel when you’re figuring everything out on your own. You shouldn’t have to know everything already. My job is to help you cut through the noise and build a strategy that makes sense for you, your music and the career you’re creating.
No one-size-fits-all formula
I know how much you can pour into your music, and how frustrating it is to work hard while still wondering what you’re supposed to do next. AYV exists to give independent artists the guidance, strategy, tools and support I wish more artists had from the beginning. Not a bunch of industry jargon, one-size-fits-all formulas or promises of overnight success. Just real-world guidance to help you make smarter moves, avoid unnecessary mistakes, create opportunities and build a career around the music you love.
You bring the talent and vision. I’ll help you understand how to build around it.
And I’m not interested in gatekeeping any of it.
Artists have asked us again and again: How did you do that? How did you get that opportunity? How did you market the band and get people to notice? Amplify Your Voice is where I finally get to answer those questions.
I teach the strategies we used, the things that worked, what I would do differently now and the lessons I learned the hard way, so you don’t have to figure every piece of the music business out from scratch.
No gatekeeping. No pretending there’s some secret formula. Just knowledge, tools, strategy and firsthand experience to help you build your own path.
Whether you learn at your own pace or want one-on-one coaching, AYV helps turn real-world music industry lessons into next steps for your own career.
